The House on Duncan and House on Arla have similarities and the differences are that the house on Duncan is made of Brick and house on Arla is made of wood and needs paint on the house. The other differences are that House on Duncan has a big yard and House on Arla does not have a yard and the other differences are that house on Duncan has low heating bills and house on Arla has high heating bills.
The Similarities of House on Duncan and House on Arla are that they both have some bedrooms and , they both have carports.They both cost $90,000. The two houses have 2 bedrooms , baths , living rooms, kitchen , dining room.
